‘I’m lucky enough to be speaking at the Unite-CPHVA conference about a successful collaboration between school nurses and social prescribing link workers.
‘The pilot has now become an embedded service within Derbyshire, expanding across the county serving more young people that need support with their mental health through building connections within the community.
‘Looking forward to making more connections with you all at the conference in November.’
